As far as stores selling Tokidoki, we confirm you that for the season SS 07, there is no store distributing them in Usa.

My translation of Fornarina’s message: no stores in the USA are going to carry the spring/summer line of shoes. 
They will, however, be available in the USA for the Fall/Winter season of shoes coming out later this year.
Do any Tokidoki fans in Italy want to help us out?

I went to the Fornarina store on Melrose (LA) and they told me they just got them in and would be ready to be purchased next week. It was just the sneaker and she didn’t say anything about the heels.
Maybe the sales associate was wrong?
