L’Amore Bags are Showing up in Stores Now - Have You Found Them Yet?
I heard that L’Amore print bags had started showing up at Macy’s, so I checked Macy’s Herald Square in NYC today for them, but they aren’t there yet. They still had a ton of Pirata and Adios star bags in stock though at full price. Has anyone found L’Amore bags in your city yet?

The weird thing is that the website for Macys doesn’t show it yet…I’ll have to call my Macys and see though.

check macys.com under the gioco bag. they have a picture of the amore print but underneath it says pirata!

I live in Hawaii and the lady @ Lesportsac said the bags should be out today, but she didn’t sound TOO confident. I hope it comes out later this week here because I don’t get paid til the end of the week hahaaha.

I went to the same Macy*s after work today. After being in the midst of many other people grabbing Tokidoki bags one of the sales people say that they had a shipment come in and to call in the morning to see when they’ll have it out. I found that particular Macy*s sells Tokidoki bags on 2 floors so I’ll be checking back tomorrow too

I know that they have the image, but I meant that Macy’s doesn’t have it to order on their site yet. Chances are if you order that bag you’ll get Pirata in the mail.

For those in Chicago: A. Okay Official (3270 N. Clark) has gotten half of their amore order in. (I got a bocce and am still waiting for a stellina.) It’s a great new store that only opened a few weeks ago, also sells toys and sneakers. I’ve done recon at both Macy’s (State St. and Water Tower) and haven’t seen a single tokidoki, let alone amore. Nordstrom on Michigan Ave. is also tokidoki free. Bloomindale’s Michigan Ave. (as of 3/29) had plenty of pirata and adios star styles, but no amore yet. I happened to pop in while the Lesportsac vendor was there and she said another shipment might be coming in this Thursday.

S- I have been looking and calling Macy’s and Nordstroms none there at all. I thought that the LeSport sac store was not going to carry to the Amore. My friend at Nordstrom’s said probably later this week. I will keep calling.

Nordstrom Valley Fair got in theirs…and there was an Amore Mamma Mia! So I guess it isn’t discontinued.

Emily, call Nordstrom at Stonestown right away and ask for Karriedine ??? at the handbags dept. The Amore just came today. I am sure they have other styles availabe but since I only asked about Gioco, they have 2 and I have asked her to hold one for me, I didn’t ask what else is available. She did say that she has a “messanger” bag available so I think that would be the Stellina. Good luck!

Does anyone know if Macy’s VF has gotten their shipment of Amore ?
I called but nobody picked up the phone. It is always the case with Macy’s. Would have gone to Nordstrom if not for the 15% off coupon I got from Macy’s.

I can confirm that Macys Valleyfair got their Amore shipment in. I was able to get 2 bags and can confirm they had a Mamma Mia! What they had left as of 12:45pm, lots of Ciao’s, 1 Bella, 3 Campeggios, lots of wallets, 2 Canguros (the fanny pack thing), and while I was there, someone had put a Dolce and a Buon Vuggio on hold. Good luck everybody!!!!!!!!! Krista? helped me out a ton and put a lot of stuff on hold for me so CALL NOW!

I don’t have an extension number for Krista (i can’t really remember her name but its along those lines). But you can ask for her - you can ask if they have the bright Tokidoki in with hearts. They said they got no Stellina’s in or Zucca’s. I don’t recall seeing any Bambnone.

does it mean it is all sold out?? The SA I spoke to said there is pirata & black & white star(adios star), but said no Amore. So they dont have any Stelinna or Bambinone..anyway, did you get yours at Macy’s VF? What did you get?

I highly doubt its sold out cause there were a ton of accessories for Amore and there were quite a few Camppegio. I would suggest talking to Krista directly cause she knows what Amore is since I talked to her about it and even mentioned this blog to her! Or I would just go directly to Valleyfair if you can and check it ou. I got a Gioco and a Mamma Mia. There was no Stellina (confirmed by SA that they didn’t get any in) and Bambinone - i’m not sure.

I have the Mamma Mia in the original print and I love it because its just the right size for me. I never second guessed the mesh pockets till now - I saw some discussion on it in the purseblog forum and some girl cut out her mesh pockets and it looked AWESOME! But, because the bag is the right size for me (not too big, not too small), I love the Mamma Mia. Unfortunately, I grabbed the last one.

They used to have a bunch. I am so glad to see there are other people obsessed with Tokidoki like me. I have the original print in Buon Viaggio, and the Mama Mia in black. I would not cut off the mesh pockets, it is great for your cell phone.
Thanks for the Chicago tip. I am gonna check out the store tomorrow. It seems that Macys is no longer carrying Tokidokis

ivy - mine came from macys. maybe it’s just your macys. one of the stores in my area doesn’t carry tokidoki at all, but they are one of the few that carries regular lesportsac.

S-Went to Nordstroms, small selection- although I love the print very much I left there without an Amore. Just too blingy for me. I was also put off a little by the printing of “tokidoki” on the bag, they bolded the last four letters of “tokidoki” and it looks like a printing mistake. I think everyone needs to go to the store and buy one vs. ordering on-line.

You’re welcome! A. Okay Official is a great store and the people who work there are super nice. Jessica, who does the tokidoki ordering, said she’d call me when the rest of the amore shipment comes in. Also, I love the idea of supporting a smaller, privately owned shop, rather than the big department stores. There’s always Bloomingdale’s though. I imagine they’ll get in the amore one of these days. And yes, I’m entirely too obsessed. Perhaps we should start a Chicago tokidoki support group.

I just purchased a gioco and mamma mia from Nordstroms SF (one located in SF shopping center). They have the campeggio, cucciolo, mamma mia, dolce, telefono, canguro, and buon viaggio in stock.

Mickey caught a good mistake on the bag - both of my bags also have the DOKI part in bold blue/purple. It’ll be hard not to have them on your bags though. Maybe the fakers on ebay can’t replicate that mistake!

Hi, I come from London and went to New York recently- just got back, I got my Tokidoki Lesportsac Amore bag from the massive Virgin Megastore in Times Square (near the Swatchshop, MandM World and ToysRUs) , there are purses, big bags and handbags on the level you arrive in. If you go to the lower floors there are Tshirts and hoodies. I’m not sure what syle my Amore bag is but it’s really big and kind of in the shape as the LUNA- it cost me $174 including TAX ($160 without). Hope this helps.

lesportsac store in los angeles (310.855.1919) just said that they have been trying to get the amore print, but with no luck…but they have been promised a small amount of bellas, treninos, and braccialettos. they are hoping for more, but arent holding their breath. they think their bags will be there by next week.

There’s this really cool Japanese store by my house that sells amore bags. It’s called A.OKAY official. They have lots of other really cute tokidoki stuff!!!
