Reader Maria’s Tokidoki x Fornarina Deva Pumps
Reader Maria from Italy just bought a pair of the black Deva pumps that she bought - cost in Italy is 100€, and they are sold at Fornarina stores and WEB in Pisa, Italy. They come with an anklet that is color-coordinated with the shoes, and a box that is covered in Tokidoki illustrations! Here is a pic of Maria’s shoes, anklet & box:

About the flipflops, they come in 4 different patterns, 2 for females (pink and light blue) and 2 for males (white/black and camo).
Here in Italy everything regarding Tokidoki (shoes/apparel/toys/etc) is sold by “Combo” which is the italian streetware-style branch of Fornarina. As far as i know they were given some “liberty” to create their own line of products. These flipflops are one of those creations, for spring/summer 2007, along with some underwear, beach towels and bikinis.
When i bought them the guys at the store told me that is very unlikely that these products will ever be sold outside italy.

Combo’s stores are only in 3 Italian cities: Milano, Bologna and Civitanova Marche. You can see it on www.combo.it

Not sure if there was a previous post about these (sorry just in case)…Ladies in the USA - I have the Devas (white and black) and were able to purchase them via phone from the wonderful chicas at the Fornarina Store in Los Angeles. They called me on Friday and I received them on Tuesday! They were $170 a pair, plus tax, and were only $10 to ship to San Diego. Check them out!
