Vacanze Print Released in Hawaii Today – Foresta Re-Release Tomorrow!
Reader Heather just let me know that the tokidoki Vacanze print was released in Hawaii today, and the line was out the door before the store opened! She also reported that tomorrow will be the re-release of the Foresta print, which will be exclusive to the Ala Moana LeSportsac store on Oahu. (The Waikiki stores will not be stocking the Foresta re-release).

Hey I was wondering if u are going to stop by LA anytime soon. Is it also true that u are not making stuff for LeSportSac anymore because they are not paying u enough? BTW Do u no any tokidoki places in the OC or La?
*sigh* I know – ebay may be the only way – but if anyone in Hawaii feels like making a few bucks let me know…haha A foresta would really complete my growing collection.
Is the Foresta Re-release bags going to look the same as the initial ones? It’s not going to be like the OP where they have different hardware, is it?

Krisha: I think they make you mail in a money order, and they won’t hold any purses for you.. but I’m not sure. That’s what I last heard.

whimsicalbunny – I don’t know, but I personally hope that the re-releases look different. They most likely will have different qees than the original bags, because Toy2R is no longer making qees for tokidoki for LeSportsac.
I’m not sure if the Lesportsac at Ala Moana ship Tokidoki bags…I think only the Waikele outlet, but don’t think the release will be at the outlet…usually all the it goes to the ala moana, and whatever don’t sell goes to the outlet much later…
I’m thinking about going over to the ala moana store tomorrow. And if I can Ill take a few pics of what the bags look like now.
foresta bags have been in the lesportsac stores here on guam for at least a week now.

There is a posting on Cragslist Hawaii for Forestas, I am going to give that a try before I ebay.
eek. I’d die to get a foresta cucciolo. I don’t have kids but if I ever do I want to carry a toki foresta…I’d make it worth someones while..:)
well i hope there are still vacanze mama mia’s left cause I never recieved a call from the store so I wasn’t able to contact my friend until last night hehehe. Hopefully she will get one soon.
I really like the Vacanze, but I don’t think i’m getting one…I like the other tokidoki bags were I can use them everyday, and not just during the holidays…

Any news yet on whether the Foresta re-release is the same? Do the new bags have the Adios keychains?

Also, I heard a rumor that the Winter print of TokiDoki will be the last one with LeSportSac. Is this true?
Anna – yes, Vacanze is the last tokidoki for LeSportsac print.
Just got my Mammia Mia and a Gioco for a friend from the Waikiki (Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center) store, the Ala Moana Store was sold out in less than an hour, only had 2 styles left. The Waikiki store has a bunch on the shelf, not sure how much is in the back. The Waikiki store was holding the two bags for me, not sure if anyone else in Hawaii can call and hold them. Hope this helps!
Oops, sorry, forgot to add I took the 2nd to the last bag for the Mamma Mia style, just a heads up. When I called at 1pm they had 4, when I got there after work at 145, only 2 were left.^^

i’m not sure if they’ve re-released other prints here already, but there seem to be lots of the other prints at the lesportsacs here. perhaps they’re the ones that didn’t sell when they were originally featured.
Rumors…Waikiki definitely have lotsa stock of Foresta and Vacanze! The shop in the Royal Hawaiian and the bigger store across the street have all of the styles in stock. Yes, including wallets.

I think I might have to give up on a MM since well, my friend in Hawaii wont have time to go this Saturday. Sigh, I guess I must resign myself to another purse style though I have to say that I don’t really like any other purse style much. sobs sobs sobs, if only they actually called me…..
