Since I have been getting a lot of requests for a post of this nature, I am adding this post (in new category tokidoki sightings) for everyone to use for sharing where they have found tokidoki bags, clothes, and accessories for sale in their city. To make the comments easier to scan through, make the first line of your comment the city and state, then skip a line and post your findings. I’ll start with some recent sightings that have been e-mailed to me – add your own in the comments!
NYC (from Bridget)
There is a really small boutique on Bleecker Street called EOS New York (address: 259 Bleecker Street, NY, NY 10014) that has tokidoki Vacanze and Trasporto print bags and tokidoki clothing. They also have tokidoki watches, and select styles are on clearance for 50% off.
Second, Giant Robot (437 E 9th street, NY, NY 10009), which has two parts – a main store and a gallery next door. The gallery side has a few tokidoki bags for sale at retail prices. They have very limited stock of Citta, Citta Rosa, and Adios Star bags (one of which was super badly damaged).
Washington, D.C. (from Randi)
There is a store called Commander Salamander located at 1420 Wisconsin Ave NW, Washington, D.C. 20007. They have tokidoki Vacanze bags, older tokidoki t-shirts and sweatshirts, skate decks, and a good variety of tokidoki hats. When Randi was there last weekend they had a lot of tokidoki clothing and hats on sale – she got an older tokidoki sweatshirt for $50, and her boyfriend got a tokidoki hat for $40.
I just got a TON Of stuff on sale for 75% off at Macy’s!!! Jackets and sweaters for $25, tees for $8-10. They had a bunch of Tokidoki for Hello Kitty at 50% off too!

Up Against the Wall in Sunset Place and Dadeland Mall have Tokidoki merchandise: a few necklaces and shirts and the Hello Kitty pencil case/makeup case. (: I’ve looked everywhere and those are the only places in Miami I can find anything in!
I work at Winners [Canada's TJ Maxx stores], & we have been getting in a bunch of tokidoki clothing lately! I have seen various tees, the all over moofia print hoodie from last spring, the green/brown hoodie with storm clouds + fur in the hood, & the short sleeved black grafitti & red record hoodie from this year’s collection.
The tees are 20$ & all of the hoodies are 40$.
I picked up a couple tees & the moofia hoodie myself. =)
I’m not sure if all Winners locations have these items or not, but it’s jsut a heads up!
In Ft. Lauderdale – go to Tate’s! they got it all, tshirts, jewelry and bags. Not to mention a ton of comics, toys…etc
Jugrnaut in Chicago has the Graziosa & Carezza Carnival bags. They also carry the older t-shirts and some of the semi-new clothes as well as a few older bags!
Cute little shop; I hope they get a lot more in and the guys working there were cool and really nice.
Other than that, I’ve seen tokidoki bags at Filene’s Basement on State St in Chicago, Macy’s on State St, and Bloomingdale’s on N Michigan Ave. Oh, and the Filene’s Basement in the suburb Orland Park had some older bags last year, not sure if they still have any.
Anyone else know of any places in Chicago or the surrounding suburbs to find any tokidoki bags or clothes??

UK sighting!!! This is the only place I’ve ever seen authentic tokidoki in England and I have searched all around London previously but had no luck.
Thunder Egg in Manchester now have in stock both mens and womens. Their current range includes toys, jewellery, skate decks, hoodys, stationery, tees and bags (NOT Lesportsac ones though) but all at typically high prices you would expect. I’m pretty sure if you got in touch they would send stuff. They had a kind of rain/puffa jacket I’d never seen before that was a light blue with an allover print but it was hanging up behind the counter so couldn’t get a better look.

Ontario Mills Mall – Virgin Records Store
they have a small tokidoki display with some vinyl figures and clothes. no bags though.
The Virgin Megastore at Union Sq. (NYC), Toy Tokyo in the East Village (NYC), & Macy’s at Queens Center all have Tokidoki shirts! Toy Tokyo has the most Tokidoki stuff including Hello Kitty keychains for $75 (normally $92 & yes, they’re real). They just got a new shipment of Eco Mondo bags & still have quite a few Carnival bags as well. I just bought an Eco Mondo Carezza bag from them today! The Virgin Megastore, from what I saw, has 3 Mezzanotte Carezza bags, quite a few Carnival & Eco Mondo Magias, 2-3 Eco Mondo Sorrisos, Eco Mondo Abbraccios, & about 3 more Carnival Graziosas. Macy’s has the new Eco shirts but no more bags.
Tucson, Ariz. — Metro Park, just opened in the Tucson Mall. Has only the carnival print in right now as well as several figures for sale. I’m hoping they get even more!
I went to JB Bags in Market Mall…in Calgary, Alberta, CANADA….they just received a shipment of Eco Mondo bags today and they have some Carnival bags on display for sale!! I picked up 3 bags today!! =D

I saw a whole batch of Tokidoki carnivale bags at the King of Prussia Mall Macy’s in King of Prussia, PA. Fortunately I already have mine, so I didn’t have to drain their supply!
I just got a Lesportsac Tokidoki Cucciolo from the DFS in Honolulu at 30% off. They have some, but not all styles in Fumo, Trasporto, and…I can’t remember the other print(s) they have. Check it out!

i just went to toy tokyo by St. Mark’s today and they had all bags for 10% off. they also had all the most recent vinyls (tigers, Capt. Coco, Bulletto, etc), some hello kitty tokidoki merch, jewelry, and the mints (which i got the last one so the manager gave me the box that holds 12 tins in! i’m sure they’ll restock that soon, if not already). i was walking down 7th ave and saw discoteca boots on sale in an independently owned shoe store, i think it was between 40th and 41st street on the west block (if anyone is familiar with midtown comics, it’s on that side of the street, a block or two north). didn’t notice the store’s name, sorry. the times square virgin has a RACK full of the newest print bags, i didn’t count but there should’ve been a good 30-40 of them. they also had all the newest apparel. the union square virgin didn’t have as many bags in stock, but the same merch – everything was full retail priced (guess they aren’t doing liquidation sales yet for when they close early 2009). Macy’s Herald Square only had about 10 bags – more of Celebrazione than the other prints. Forbidden Planet and Kinokuniya Bookstore (next to Bryant Park) have cactus pups and moofia. Border’s on 57th and Park Ave have stationery, journals and moofia figures (on the second floor by the manga). FINALLY, FAO Schwartz has vinyls on SALE. I got Sabochan for $21.00. They also had Sandy, Ciao Ciao, Skeletrino, Skeletrina, Mozzarella and the plushes – all in the center of the second floor (look out for DC/Marvel collector action figures).

In addition to the various Celebrazione & Concerto Punk bags the Macy’s at Herald Sq. had, I saw 2 Tokidoki for LeSportSac bags on display of which I believe are notte Giocos, comparing it to the archive here. I’m not sure why they’re carrying 2 older Tokidoki bags, but if I weren’t a little short on cash right now, I’d buy 1 of those in addition to a either a Celebrazione Sorriso or Graziosa.
CinCin, did you happen to go inside the Macy’s? Are there any other old LSS styles/designs? I would totally fly out there if they really do have old tokidoki for LSS!!

Cindy, sorry to get back to you so late, but I did go inside the store. I only saw those 2 Gioccos & a bunch of Celebrazione, Eco Mondo, etc. bags but no other old TD for LSS bags. It also seemed like someone had already put dibs on 1 of the Gioccos, as there was a tag w/ someone’s name written on it. This was a month ago, so I doubt they’d still have it. If I see anymore peculiar stuff the next time I go to the Macy’s in Herald Sq., I’ll post it up. =)

Hey all! I had a wonderful surprise today when I was checking out the Tokidoki bags at the Macy’s at The Mall at Short Hills (Northern NJ). I was hoping to find a Concerto Punk Graziosa. I’ve only seen Celebrazione at the malls lately so I didn’t hold out a lot of hope that I’d find the Concerto Punk Graziosa. My husband is looking through bags under the table, and pulls out a Concerto Punk Graziosa!!!! It was the only one there…and even better…it was the only bag on sale! I got it for $114!!!! WooHOO!
I was thrilled to death!! Yay for husbands who are useful when at the mall!!!

I bought 2 Tokidoki mint tins at Borders in Arcadia, CA, at the Santa Anita Mall. I had never seen these tins anywhere else! It’s really cute because when you open the tin, there is a slot for mints to come out, but there is also a mirror as well! I went to Macys today and freaked out when I saw that almost all of their Tokidoki bags were 50% OFF! Discoteca, Geometric Girl and Leo prints were the ones that were 50% off and the newest print (which name always escapes me) had a different type of sale where the more you spent the more you saved? (something like that.)
I had a tantrum because I already spent most of my money at the other stores in the mall and couldn’t afford any bags!
I believe the sale lasts until August 2nd but I can’t confirm that because I only saw the sale dates on the jeans I was looking at earlier

I think they are all new – most of them still have all the stickers and tags on them. Some of them are marked at $8.25, and some are marked at $10.25. I have seen them in size Small, Medium, Large, and XLarge. When I was there this past weekend, I think I saw about 30 of them. The retail price sticker on them is marked $33, so I guess that’s how much it cost when it was in the stores.
I also saw 2 men’s t-shirts. They are gray, and have Adios star on the front. They were both XL, and marked at $10.25. I didn’t see an original Tokidoki tag on them, but the t-shirts still had creases in them as if they had been folded, so my guess is that they are new as well.
I’m not trying to advertise for this thrift store (although I do love finding great deals there), but I had to mention it in case there are other Tokidoki lovers in this area that might want to take advantage of the great deal! When do you find Tokidoki at the thrift store?!?
Caveat: this is a thrift store, so you may have to search through the racks to find these shirts, especially the 2 men’s shirts. I looked through the red t-shirts and put them all together, so unless they have been moved, it shouldn’t be too hard to find.
