Cleofe - Yes, they do help with print placements. I have also talked to someone from their staff about why print placement is so important to us and she totally understands.
ChristineDior - I just ordered 2 t-shirts from Tobi and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Their shipping rates are great (free!) if you are in the mainland states - if their rates are good to HI too then I say take advantage of their sale while it lasts.
