Waiting List for tokidoki x Hello Kitty Items Opened up at NYC Sanrio Store
Reader Veronica was nice enough to let us know that the Sanrio store in Times Square, NYC has decided to open up a waiting list for tokidoki for Hello Kitty items after all! Veronica was also told that the Times Square store will be receiving 50 of the Boston Bag (the large bag that everyone seems to want), and that there will be no second shipments after the first 50 are sold out. She didn’t check on the quantities for the rest of the items. The store is limiting each person to buying a maximum of 2 items in each style.

i wonder if the general public will be told the date of the the arrival of the tokidoki items, or at least the people on the waiting list. it would stink finding out the morning of. i mean reaaally stink.

I wonder how much this stuff will cost. I’m going to japan and thought of getting a sanrio tokidoki wallet…but maybe i should fight the good fight here first.

I was in the sanrio store on valentine’s day and they didn’t tell me about the pre-order list. I hope I can still get on the list next week.

cheh - I don’t think that they will, but there seems to be a lot of confusion around that issue, so maybe.

The Times Square store said that they wouldn’t be getting the necklace when I called on the 16th. Well, the slaes associate actually told me that “It was just a promotional item, and that they wouldn’t be getting that in-stock”.
