Trendy Stars just added the Spring II 2008 tokidoki clothing collection to their shop. Like the men’s Spring II collection, the designs and colors are very different from what we are used to seeing from tokidoki. Also included are two brand new outerwear items – windbreakers! Here are some highlights – the yellow tank is my personal favorite from this collection:

The seller to me that makes the clothing and sells it on Ebay seems to have an inside source from someone I would say in Hawaii who has access to clothing that is irregular or has flaws in it ……The reason I say this is that in order for her to make the clothing she does she couldn’t be paying full price and buying a perfectly good item and then cutting it up to make other clothing…. if you notice all she does is use the cut up material and sew it to another item or vice versa…….. My wife had a serger and high end sewing machines and could do the same exact thing…..The only problem like I stated is that I wouldn’t have her cut up any shirt that I paid full value for just to alter another item …Also, it seems her creations do not sell for anywhere near the value of the material she uses if the item sold seperatley in it’s unaltered Tokidoki state….. Therefore, she must be getting the material from someone that has an inside source at either the manufacturing place or a place that has access to seconds and irregulars….. I f I had that information and a source for material I wouldn’t disclose that either….. I hope this makes sense….

Tokidoki Fabric -At one point it looked like the seller sold some of the checkered print toki fabric, so she has to have more than just scraps…
I must say I’m jealous of her awesome fabric… i would definitely make myself some tokidoki curtains.
That is of course, if I could sew more than a square… LOL
oh, and she had the pink records and adios stars on blue background…

jaelle: the tokidoki fabric is fake. i emailed tokidoki.it a few weeks ago and they said they have never made and sold fabric.
i found that graphic tee but in the form of that yellow top. xD
