I just received the most awesome gift in the mail - a tokidoki shopper tote from the Pool Trade Show! Ana of One Girl’s Trash was kind enough to send it to me. I love it! These were gifts to the trade show attendees and can’t be sold, so I am pretty excited to have one.

How do you like it? I was gonna buy one from a friend but ended up not because wasnt sure if it was for me style wise and because of what it’s made of…and didnt seem like it was meant to be for me..hahah but really, how is it? Durable?

Jess - It is made of a durable material - it’s a really tight basketweave of flexible plastic that is stitched together at the seams with white thread. It makes a crunchy noise when you touch it like a department store shopping bag. It is also waterproof - the material reminds me of a stiffer beach bag material.
Mickey - I was wondering about that when I received this tote! I was going to ask you if it was the same tote you had seen.

I saw this bag at a store in Hawaii and bought one. I didn’t know it wasn’t supposed to be for sale…. There were two of them on the rack. They even had a matching uchiwa (fan) with the same print. I bought that too. I forget how much it cost.

ambersdad - I don’t remember offhand but I think it was less than $30, which at first made me think it wasn’t a real Tokidoki. But the print matched the new clothes, so I thought what the heck and bought it. When I get home, I can check to see how much I paid and let you know.

i bought one of those from a girl on eBay. i wasn’t even really sure what it was or if it was even a real tokidoki item but it was going for about $15.00, so i thought what the hell…i’m glad to find out what it is and where it came from!

I don’t understand why it can’t be put up for on Ebay.
Isn’t it just like selling one of your personal items that you don’t want anymore? What if you really just didn’t like it and wanted to get rid of it by selling it?
And it’s not like it’s a fake.
I could see why it’s not allowed for resale at say, a department store.
Can someone help me? =/

Sweet bag! You totally deserve it. You created such a wonderful source for all tokidoki fans plus brought us together. I love checking out what’s new and what’s coming out Tokidoki instead of hunting it down. I am so glad to know there is such a huge fan base. I actually did see this shopper bag on ebay and like everyone else noticed it was canceled -.- I was like aww man. At first I also didn’t think it could have been authentic but it was too cute not to want it.

Nice bag. I have just had my first glimpse of the new Tokidoki bag range from italy. There are 3 prints but I would say the print which is on your shopper is by far the best. I think they are calling it the 80’s print. There is also an Adios print in black and white and a camouflage print. Altogether there is 8 new bags and 1 wallet. There is also a cute new grey and white shopper which will retail for about £15.

Vicky where did you happen to see the upcoming bags from Italy ? How were the prices compared to the US bags ? I’m still on the fence regarding the new bags maybe I’ll like the ones from Italy better . The line carries a wallet ? Lucky ! The new Tokidoki for LeSportSac line has no accessories at all ! Stephanie I’m glad you were able to get the shopper’s tote ! I was going to bid on the one on E-Bay from One Girl’s Trash too ! Oh well guess I have to keep my eyes open for any more .

I have sent Stephanie pictures of some of the styles. They will range from £40 - £100 so it’s about the same as the le sportsac prices. They have just released a new shopper thats very good value. It will retail for about £15 and is just great for the more environmentaly friendly shopper. It will fold up nicely and fit in your hand bag.

Don - those bags are real. They come from Spain and are made by Sportandem. They have made 3 lines of Tokidoki bags - Sushi girl, lollypop and the blu soccer bags.

Alison- chic icon in the koko marina shopping center has a wonderful array of tokidoki clothing, jewelry, and other accesories. It doesn’t seem like a lot of people go there, because they are always well stocked. In the summer they will also be getting the hello kitty/tokidoki atuff.
Ala moana shopping center has.. Lesportsac (of course), animation addict, island snow, and the new nordstrom.

I wish they would move their store to Pearlridge! …or at least Ala Moana? haha…then I would go alot…but ugh…i live in the leeward side so noooooo gas is too expensive to travel there.
And, you can check out Prototype in Pearls…they’ve always got some jewelry & clothes ^__^ Watch out for our swapmeet..lots of fake tokis O___o

they were selling these at the san diego comic con in the tokidoki booth for $10. when i saw them i immediately went over to the booth and got myself one.
