New tokidoki for Hello Kitty Items on eBay
Reader Line just let me know about a stash of new tokidoki for Hello Kitty items on eBay, including clothing and items featuring the new prints! (You might need to go to page 2 to see the newer prints.) Some of the pictures are poor quality, but from what I can tell the new items are extremely cute.
Another reader also let me know that at the San Francisco Sanrio store got their shipment of tokidoki for Hello Kitty items in yesterday, and after filling all of the pre-orders, “ALL ITEMS ARE STILL AVAILABLE - EXCEPT the purses!!! All purses have been allocated to wait lists only. However anyone can go to the store and pick up any of the small accessories, plush dolls, key chains, cell phone charms…”

I just came from the SF store, they have keychains left, mirrors, a couple makeup bags, and believe 1 or 2 watches and plushes…they only rec’d 2 watches, and i didnt buy it, but one was for me. I returned the Boston bag this am since no one replied to my post last night….I wish u luck. I was able to score the small wallet today, and im going back tomolo for 1 more item. I didnt see any tshirts. Good Luck all.

not really anything to do with the stock, but i was very excited to see (yesterday) that they had a window display inc. kitty in her cactus suit. i only got the plushes, these are so adorable, i wonder why they aren’t in higher demand>

i saw that stuff on ebay last night and was really excited. however, i believe the seller must be smoking the worst kind of crack to ask 245 dollars for that tee-shirt. come on. i can understand spending that much on a nice bag or a sweater even, but a tee shirt? i would love to know if that actually sells.

But I was there at around 1pm today, I passed on the cam case and make-up bag as well as the keychains and phone charms…not sure if they’re there anymore though.
The bags are all definately gone.

They do have plushies left….there are 2 different sizes. I saw the small ones, but i didnt see the medium one. Im going there tomolo to pick up 1 more item. I’ll let u know what goods they have…

Hey folks! Does anyone have any retail prices for the shirts and the pencil cases (in the pink, green, or black schemes)? I couldn’t believe how ridiculous the prices are on ebay for the shirts. Geez louise. I’m going to be in SF next weekend, but I’m going to be pessimistic that everything will be gone so I don’t get my hopes up, lol. But I did find Foresta in Hawaii when I went in January even though it had come out in November so you never know…

I agree with above. $120 for a camera case is just a little ridiculous. I mean for $40 more you can get a big messenger bag for tokidoki x LeSportsac.

out of curiosity, when did SF downtown start taking pre-orders for the bags? Obviously, I missed that deadline, but I’m just wondering when the list actually opened.

you have to remember that this time last month, the white HK stuff was just as expensive because it was only in Japan. it’s hard to believe, but if people want something badly enough right this instant (instead of waiting a month for the US release), they’ll pay outrageous prices. XD

To everyone asking for retail prices, I don’t know what they are, but they are quite expensive. Check my past posts on the tokidoki x Hello Kitty collab. They are not as expensive as the eBay prices though.

hey quick update for everyone, the wallet, id case, camera case, and the two holy grails(bags =P) are sold out… we still have about 5 plushes with the bastardino and quite a few of HK with the yellow chili pepper in her hand.. and lots of cell phone charms and keychains left…

wow i went right when the store opened on saturday morning and the salesperson told me all they had was in a small glass case, which wasn’t much at all! just the plush w/ the yellow pepper, a couple of different key chains and the camera bag i think. i missed out on the makeup case?!!

Hi…i just saw the post of what is left….sorry i didnt get home til late. and ABBY, in the glass case WAS A MAKEUP CASE!! i hope u saw it. It’s larger than the cell phone thing. Can u believe i returned a Boston Bag? It so wasnt me…..it was waaaaay too big, like a Marc Jacobs bag….and the employees there are so helpful! when i picked up my wallet today, the girl looked at me and said, “ur back?” hahahah…i wish u guys luck in finding what u want.

abby: yea the makeup case is there, i realized my sales associates sold the display model -__- we still have it… i put one back out… and as for the pencil bags, those are actually suppose to be released in the summer, pencil bags with the sandy print, pink print, and black print are all summer releases… along with the clothing too… forget about that ridiculous $250+ for a t shirt….

I wanted to thank the San Francisco sales associates .They have been nothing but helpful and kind both over the phone and when I picked up my order Friday evening . I was able to get two Boston Bags and one small bag . Thanks Jimmy and Marnie ! I appreciate all of their help and patience with all us crazy and impatient Tokidoki fans . I’m so happy with my purchases. Marnie was able to get me an extra Boston Bag .When I called to pay for my order Friday afternoon someone else cancelled their order for the Boston Bag , I asked if I could have it and she said yes ! I was so happy ! When I went to pick up my order they were so sweet and nice ! They even gave alot of the Tokidoki for Hello Kitty postcards .

I spoke with Karin the store manager at the New York Times Square Sanrio store , she said they are expecting their shipment today or tomorrow . I’m number three on the waiting list in New York . ( Yeah !) Like the other Sanrio stores that are expecting their Tokidoki for Sanrio shipments the two bags the Boston Bag as well as the mini bag may be sold out already due to the pre-sale . For those interested in the Boston Bag New York is getting the biggest shipment with 50 , followed by Hawaii with 36 , Los Angeles 18 to 20 , and as we all know by now San Francisco got 18 total . I didn’t check other items but you can call the Sanrio store that you are buying from and the can tell you how many items will be available . Good luck to those who are looking !

But the Tokidoki for Hello Kitty items are rare . Each of the four stores are only getting one shipment for this collection . Most items are sold out before they hit the sales floor because of the wait list as was the case in San Francisco . I’m glad that I was able to get some items from this collection .

OH FYI!! If any of u are on the list for the “id case”…when u pick it up..make sure the gold emblem on the front is straight (aligned w/ the edge)….i JUST noticed 1 out of the 2 I bought is slightly crooked. I mean, Im totally lucky that I even got 1….so just thought u guys should know that it is NOT the sales associates fault, it’s prolly mass production from sanrio HQ….hope it helps!

Tell Laarni that I’m sorry about her name and she was so sweet when I went to pick my items on Friday sorry I missed you on both days . I bet you are glad that it’s all over for your store . I called Sanrio Times Square this morning, and they just got their shipment in on Monday. If you are on the pre-order list, they should have called you to confirm if you still want your items. They are in the process of sending them out this week!

I was able to score two Boston bags from Sanrio Times Square ! Yeah ! I was number three on the wait list . But they didn’t call me on Monday in fact I called them and they said that they had not got their shipment yet ? But I got a message on Tuesday . I’m glad I’m done buying for this collection . But I’m buying items for the L’Amore re-release next month as well ! I’ve done nothing but buy bags these last few weeks ! My husband can’t believe my quest for Tokidoki ! Karin the manager at the Times Square Sanrio has been nothing but helpful as well ! Mzaiza is it true that Hawaii presold all of their expected shipment of the Tokidoki For Hello Kitty Line ? I heard like San Francisco no items will make it to the sales floor ?

Kawaiicent the only stores yet to get the Tokidoki For Hello Kitty line is Los Angeles MoMo Berry Store , but they were closing near the time of this release so the wait list went to the Sanrio home office . But I believe they are only getting 18 to 20 Boston Bags , Hawaii has not got their shipment either but they are expecting about 36 bags . However I head that their wait list was three pages long and that everyone on that wait list may not get a bag . In fact I also heard that because the wait list is so long many of the items won’t make it to the sales floor . It was like that in San Francisco too not to much reached the sales floor ! As I’ve said New York got the most bags out of the four stores with 50 Boston Bags for the pre-sale and nearly fifty made it to the sales floor . I think the store managers said that they are expecting one shipment of the Tokidoki for Hello Kitty line . Once they are gone they are gone ! I heard Japan is now also sold out of Boston Bags or that they are now really scarce ! Good Luck !

How did you get on the wait list for the Times Square Sanrio ? I thought they ran out yesterday ? They are not expecting another shipment are they ? I know that they said they were not expecting a second shipment for the Tokidoki For Sanrio line ? I knew it would be crazed imagine Hello Kitty combined with Tokidoki fans equals CHAOS ! I soon as these wait lists opened I put myself on . I knew stock would be very limited and I didn’t want to miss out . Plus I knew the Boston would be the must have item in the whole collection ! Let me know if you able to score one ! Good luck I think from here on out getting a Boston Bag from the two remaining stores will prove to be a challenge ! Keep us posted !

veronica…here in ala moana we pre-sold all the 36 bostons, 36 mini’s, all of the carry case and wallets. the rest of the stuff will go out on the floor. but we didn’t get out shipment yet! but we did stop our pre-selling so everything that comes in will be a first come first serve basis.

sorry about the confusion, the wait list that they put me on was in the event that someone who had pre-ordered before did not come to pick up their items, then they would call whoever was on that waiting list and see if they were still interested…I think I was no. 6 so I knew I had no chance already…but it was worth a shot!! Yep…I called back later and they said they are all sold out… T__T sigh…i really do not want to resort to eBay! Did you see how much ppl were charging?! *faints* I will be happy with the smaller bag that I was able to snag ^^;;

Only thing i didnt like about the smaller bag is there is no zipper…so ur stuff could technically fall out or someone could snatch something! Yikes!

The prices are high on E-Bay but you know what they say about supply and demand ! There are so few bags available and with demand so high this was bound to happpen . I happen to perfer the Boston versus the mini bag for the reason LMJ pointed out no zipper and I perfer the over all style of the Boston Bag more than the mini bag . But of course I bought a mini as well you never I may change my mind later . I perfer to buy a mini bag now and not have to resort to E-Bay later if the mini bag does grow on me . LMJ I’m still shocked that you returned your Boston Bag . I’m surprised no one snatched it up when you posted that you were returning it to the Sanrio store . Hawaii girls please let us know how the Tokidoki For Hello Kitty launch goes for you guys ! I bet it will be crazy !

OMG!! We here at ala moana FINALLY got our shipment this week!! Anyway, we didn’t relase it on the floor yet but its already crazy!!!! Pre-sell costomers are pouring in like mad and we aren’t even half way through calling the list. Its amazing how you can call one customer and they can spread the word that its in. It spread like wildfire! People are calling!! Anyway, were going to release the rest of the items tomorrow and I bet its going to be nuts! I’ll keep you all posted! Oh and just to let you guys know, there wil be a second shipment but aonly a few items and I’m not sure when it will come in.

Ala Moana stores have received their TOKIDOKI for HELLO KITTY items they began calling all their pre-sale orders last night - picked up my stuff today wooooo whoooo . The store display should be up at noon HST so if you didn’t get a call wait for your lunch break because they are SWAMPED over there.

Sorry Sally looks like E-Bay is now your only hope of getting a Boston Bag . As of this morning there are only four Boston Bags currently on E-Bay and people are getting desperate as the supply is almost gone ! For this collection you had to be on your toes from the start . From being put on a waiting list to the constant follow up phone calls , this was by far the most stressful collection to obtain . But I’m happy I did get everything that I wanted from this collection . I think JanpanLA is getting some items from the Tokidoki For Hello Kitty Line but not the two bags . But I think there is also a waiting list there as well . But it wouldn’t hurt to call and ask what you are able to get from the line ! Good luck to you in your hunt !

Hey, im from Hawaii and the only store that got the shipment in so far is the ala moana one.. something about because they’re corporate? I didn’t even know that there was a wait list so of course, i didn’t get a bag.. supposedly some of the other stores MAY get their shipment in may.. but they really don’t know what they’re getting.. pretty much what doesn’t sell (if any) from ala moana.
I realllyyyy want a boston bag though, i don’t even know the retail price but im pretty sure everything on ebay is inflated.

mari-the Ala Moana Sanrio was the only store that got the bags-however from what I understand Animation Addict and a couple of other stores will be getting the clothing and the accessories by the end of May. Basically if you weren’t on the waiting list with Sanrio or unless you were lucky enough to be in the store while there was a return…getting one then and now is/was near impossible. The retail price for the boston bag is $125 of course the ebay price is almost triple that.

I just bought a mini handbag off of ebay for $255.00 US.. Im in Canada and we didnt even get anything, and my sister is in Hawaii and they are all sold out. So Ebay was my only choice. I wanted to know if anyone can tell me how much the handbag retailed at? because I just saw in the previous post, that the boston bag, which is bigger- is only retailed at 125, and i paid 69 for the camera/cellphone case. I feel so ripped off but so happy at the same time.. heehee
Can anyone tell me how big the handbag is? Is it a good size or is it really small?

HELANNAH - the Tokidoki x Hello Kitty Mini Bag retails at $85. It’s probably comparable to what a bambinone would be able to hold.
Well don’t feel bad..you should take into consideration that these bags are limited and people who live in the U.S. are also having a hard time finding it as well.
