In the pics above, she is wearing is the Medium size with the tank top underneath. Tara has this info to share with us about the fit of the new tokidoki for Hello Kitty clothing: “The tank and the Sandy t-shirt pictured above, run SMALL. Really small. The one pictured is a Medium, so if I were to buy this tank, I would get a Large (I’m a 36C). I love the fit of the hoodie. It reminds me of my Mozzarella Moofia hoodie (in Medium also). The hoodie kinda hugs the body, but doesn’t suffocate, it’s still a little bit loose. My waist size is 33″ and my hips are 37.” I stand 5’5″ and wear a size 6/8.”

they might have it at all Macy’s …. I got the hk/sandy shirt last Saturday at the Glendale Galleria Macy’s (CA) …they had the black shirt and a black short sleeve hoodie too. i got mine for 20% off because they had that red star promo over the weekend ….otherwise, the tees are $48 and the short sleeve hoodie, I think was $92. i love the texture of the hk/sandy print…sort of like felt.

ryane, i was wondering the same thing. i actually posted something about it on the japanla blog yesterday. it makes me nervous that they have a ton of my money and there has been no mention of tokidoki x hello kitty shipments in like a month. i’m not rich, so my $140 is kind of a big deal. they really need to communicate better with their buyers, especially when it’s a pre-order and they’ve already taken our money. kind of bad business.
yeah, that’s sort of how I feel too. Between the necklace I already got, the stuffed HK and the cosmetic bag, my order was over $140.00. I wish we’d hear something
If I were the ones waiting on the items from JapanLA I would just call them direct and not even bother to email them and talk to someone immediately about the status of my order….try that….it’s better then waiting for some email…
I heard that the Tokidoki For Hello Kitty Line was delayed until June for people who ordered through JapanLA ! I’m glad I went ahead and put myself on the waiting for the Sanrio stores that had the Tokidoki For Hello Kitty line ! The waiting must be driving you all nuts especially when all four Sanrio stores have long sold out of their inventory !

I think the Tokidoki web-site will also get some of the Tokidoki For Hello Kitty items . ( Expect for the two bags of course those were exclusive to the four Sanrio store’s that carried the Tokidoki For Hello Kitty Line ) So if for some reason JapanLA does not come through you can always buy from the Tokidoki web-site !
I went to the Bellevue Square Macy’s (in WA) today, I didn’t see any TD clothing there, but I had my daughter with me and she was busy following the dots on the floor so I didn’t do an exhaustive search. I *need* the hoody! My husband said he’s going to call ‘What Not To Wear’ because I wear hoodies all the time!

I just went to Valley Fair in San Jose and they gave me a very puzzled look when I asked. I was told by a few people thet don’t sell tokidoki clothing there? Bummer! Guess I’ll need to gas up the car and head to SF!!

Come to think of it, I have never seen any Tokidoki in the Cleveland, OH area.
Pru – I went to the SF Macy’s yesterday and there were only a few left of each design. If I recall correctly, there were no smalls in any of the apparel, some M/L/XL in the black and teal tee, 1 XL tank top, 1 XL hoodie. There wasn’t much because this store tends to wipe out of stock within days after they put it up on display. Good luck finding them!
Pru….I was in San Jose 2 years ago and I fell in love with that mall. I didnt see any tokidoki items when I was there. I know a lady in san jose with tokidoki bags and she always orders them online and not from Macys.

btw, i just came from the SF macy’s – the 20% off red star discount doesn’t apply to the toki items. =( perhaps other macy’s are different though?
they had a lot of the black tee in stock and 2 of the teal one in size L. the only other toki items i saw were the striped A/CC hoodie and the windbreakers. the 80s tank and the glasses yellow top were on the display mannequins. but that’s pretty much it…
oh yeah, they also had one each of a couple of A/CC shirts. and a couple of size S white adios pirate star tees were marked down to $20.

There is a store in Flushing, NY that sells the urban vinyl figurines and they also have tokidoki figurines and t-shirts. When I was up in NY earlier this month, I found out that they are taking pre-orders for the tokidoki for hello kitty items, unfortunately no bags but you can pre-order the wallet, ID case, cellphone case, keychain, etc from them. I am not sure if they ship out though, but it doesn’t hurt to ask. I pre-ordered the wallet and paid for half of it up front, will be back up in NY later this week to pick it up when it arrives. (which reminds me…I need to call them and see if it’s here yet..xD)
Also, they are taking pre-orders for the new tokidoki bags. They will be coming out I think June, July, and Aug…also think the price starts from $130 for the smaller bags and up….once he gets the samples in, he will take pics and email to me and I will show you guys…i’m soo excited!!!
I really like the punk print but I think that is the one that will be coming out last…the ecco green and carnival print I think will be released first~

no TD-HK stuff at the Macy’s in Bellevue or Redmond, WA. And Ala Moana in Hawaii is all sold out… The SA actually thought they hadn’t put them out yet at first because every bit of their TD stuff was gone except for the white windbreaker. Crazy.

ryane and annie – i called JapanLA a few weeks ago and the sales associate who picked up said that TDxHK shipments are delayed ’til June. i asked if they sent out emails (easier than calling) all of the customers who pre-ordered and the sales associate said “no not really.”
i then commented how it’s unfair that they charged everyone upfront who paid online (i heard sometimes they only charge half of the cost of the pre-order if you order over the phone).

yeah, I’m definately not going to be doing business with JapanLA again after I receive my shipment. I’m actually thinking about cancelling my order alltogether. I think it is rude and unproffessional to leave a bunch of people hanging with no word on when their (already paid-in-full) shippments will be sent.

I think the tokidoki clothing is usually in the Juniors department of Macy’s. That’s what I’ve heard from people who have been fortunate to find tokidoki clothing at a Macy’s close to them.
On another note,
That’s really weird about JapanLA charging everyone before they received their items. I know when I pre-ordered the necklace that they didn’t charge my account until the necklace physically came into the store.
Pru: i went to my local Macy’s in Concord, CA. they are really, really low on stock. they only have one hoodie in S, 4 Sandy x HK tees in S & M (i don’t know the count of each size) and only S in the tank.
marhem: they don’t have it at all Macy’s because the Walnut Creek store (20 min. from the Concord store) didn’t have them.
Jenn & all: it is in the junior’s department. look where the Harajuku clothes line is displayed. you’ll find them there.
