i had the same problem buying from karmaloop, the rep codes don’t work… so i emailed them and they got back to me right away with another code for 20% off… so email their customer service, it’s very good

I just got my Carnival Carezza today. Initially I didn’t think I liked the print placement. Then I took a real long hard look at it, and to be honest, the print is fantastic and the placement was really meticulous. I am extremely excited about this bag! For those of you that haven’t seen the prints, the carnival is vibrant and gorgeous.
Marie, I have no idea about the scotch guard. You should probably call LeSportSac. While the bags aren’t co-branded, I believe LeSportSac is still manufacturing the bags. Apparently, Simone was able to have complete creative control this time around. He chose the weight of the fabrics, the colors (meaning the depth of color), the shapes of the bags, the trim (i.e., zipper quality, leather quality, grommet quality, etc.) and the bags all-around are weightier, brighter and really fantastic.

Sugar – Famiglia is now available at all the Lesportsac stores here in Hawaii. It was re-released yesterday. Went today…LOTS left…the SA’s says there wasn’t too much of a crowd waiting for this particular print.
I just got my Bacio in the mail and I LOVE it! I love it way more than I thought I would. For some reason I thought it was going to be smaller like a portatelefono somewhat. You can fit so many little things in here and keep it all organized because there are about a zillion little zippered or netted pockets! Don’t mean to freak out, but its just so awesome
Glad I jumped on the kamaloop discount while it was still available. I really want to get a creativa now before they are all gone. I didn’t get the haunted house on mine and I hafta have something with that on it. Does tokidoki it or tobi help with print placement at all? I got my bacio without making any requests
I just bought my Carezza at Happy Six in Los Angeles. They had all bags available. I know they deliver if need be. I went in and they let me riffle through all of the shipment boxes to find the exact placement I want. Its always a great experience so if you are an Angelino, head over there. They have a MySpace, too if anyone needs direction, etc.
Went up to Tate’s in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and they have some Carnival’s and will be getting all the new bags in…I got the last Graziosa with just awesome placement and I am sooo happy! Amanda shared with me all of the next prints and we all know about Eco-Mundo and Concerta Punk, but after that is Celabrazione which is an adorable celebration type print celebrating the new year…there is an adorable John Travolta type dancing character with a mirror ball head that is just too cute for words. There were fire works and banners with 2009 and it was just very happy. So save up for Xmas girls and boys!

I just received the Carnival Amica tote and LOVE it!!! When I read the dimensions after I had ordered it online, I was thinking that the Amica might be too big – like a travel size tote. But when it arrived yesterday, it was perfect!! It’s bigger than the Buon Viaggio but it’s perfect and can still be used as an everyday bag!!! And the Amica has lots of pockets on the inside which is always good! Great bag!! Got it at 20% off too with no tax and only paid a small amount for shipping!!! Love it!!!

Just to let all of you know the new tokidoki Journal finally came in at trendystars. It is so cute!!!
Yes! I just got my Creativa in Carnival print from Pulse. Casey got me the best print placement ever (pony carousel, Bulleto target game, roller coaster, and haunted castle all front and center on the bag)! The bag is a bit on the large side. It’s bigger than the Ciao Ciao, and appears to look more like a school type messenger bag, but I still love it! The quality of the bag is much better than the Ciao Ciao though, with thicker, sturdier straps, more pockets, and the edges are reinforced so the bag holds its shape better. And another great thing is that the bag is big enough to show the entire swatch so you get all of the characters on there! I just love it! I’m going to use it to carry around my laptop. I’ll try to post some photos of me wearing it so those who are thinking about getting it can get an idea of its size.

FYI, my laptop has a 15.4″ screen measured diagonally. Lengthwise, it fits perfectly, and in terms of height there is about a 2″ clearance from the top of the bag. I’m 5’3″ and wear 7 or 9 in juniors size. I took the qee and attached it to a LeSportsac carabiner along with an Adios qee from my Tutti bag and a white bear qee (I did have a Meomi qee, but the poor guy’s leg broke off).

Scotchguarding works just fine on the new bags. I just Scotchguarded my Amica this afternoon and had no problems with it. Of course, make sure you avoid the leather trim.
Maybelline – I have the same HP laptop as you! (Well, the cover of it, at least.) I’m typing on it right now.
I think the Creativa is the perfect size for a school bag. I always see girls with super-stuffed Ciao Ciaos at school and always wished for a bigger messenger.
Rebekah – That’s cool! I do like the cover of my laptop, but lately I’ve been thinking about buying skin for it from HP. If you purchase a skin from Skinit (the link is on the HP store website) you can customize your own skin using photos or images. I’m considering making a tokidoki-themed skin for my laptop so it’ll almost be like a real tokidoki laptop (like some people suggested for the Chicki contest), but I’m artistically challenged, so I might just have someone I know do it for me.
The Creativa is really good for a school bag! I put 3 binders in it and still had room for personal things like my wallet and such. Although, if you do pack it well, I suggest buying a padded shoulder strap, since if the bag’s too heavy the strap will kill your shoulder!
Can someone put up a picture of the amica bag in relation to a person, i really want a tote style bag but i’m afraid it might be to big.

Marayana- eos new york has all the new bags and the store is right on bleeker street in SoHo. i just got my new carezza carnival bag there on Saturday and the guy let me see all the new bags too! hope that helps!
