I just bought a Tokidoki Magia Carnival waist bag on e-bay. I didn’t know that they sold so many fake tokidoki bags on e-bay. Now I’m not sure if the bag I bought is legit or not. Can someone help me?

I went to Macy’s at Herald Square NY today and they have a variety of carnival and eco mondo as well as mezzanotte print in many styles still! I got the eco mondo in carrezza ^___^V can’t wait for concerto to come out~

missa, please take the sorrisso bag back to Macy’s, according to their return policy-you’re not satisfied, they take it back.

Colleen, I, too, purchased the sorrisso fr tobi, but I haven’t had problems w/the zippers, maybe call them to see what the policy is. I just checked their policy & it reads that you must notify them w/in 3 days of receiving the item-still call if it’s past that-I would. 1-866-344-7231.

has anyone been having problems with their bags? i ordered mine from tobi and the stupid zipper keeps getting stuck on the lining! it’s so annoying. today it was stuck so bad it took and hour, my dad, and a pliers to get it unstuck. so now there is a hole in the lining. i am so mad! i haven’t even had it a month yet. (it’s the sorriso style, and the back 2nd pocket. *sadness*

Just purchased 2 carnaval bags at Macy’s San Francisco, Aug 14th. They had lots to choose from. Originally I went to South Coast plaza but they only had a few left.

missa – I would take it back to the store and exchange it. Even the priciest brands have a few items that come out with flaws…my Dior bag’s handle broke off at the hardware For the price I paid for it…one would think it would be unbreakable…but thus it was not… But they did fix it .

got my SORRISO bag at Macy’s 2 days ago.. weeeee!

BUT… the front two pockets are sewn to the bag on the sides and in the middle… that stitching in the middle fell apart already!!! after only 2 days of use, and i DID NOT stuff those two front pockets at all… nice new bags, but the quality is a bit less than the last few years…
