Saki, Marie, and Haruka let me know that the first tokidoki x Fujitsu laptop has just been released. The laptop is limited edition, and is an exclusive for Japan, according to tokidoki. The blog post on Pocketables that Haruka pointed me to also lists the model as FMV LOOX U/B50N and the price as starting at 123,800 yen. Now, if say, it’s Tokidoki x ASUS (EEE mini computers) I’d be all for it. But at this point, I’d rather there be Tokidoki Gelaskins for my laptop. The computer is kinda big and crappy.

I don’t know about anyone else, but I’ve been using my Fujitsu for a year now and I love it. It’s light but works well. I totally want this laptop…and while it looks a bit bulky, it’s still pretty tiny.

Never heard of Fujitsu!? Omg. I bet about 50% of you guys have fujitsu hard drives in your laptops you have now, they are an excellent company!
This little UMPC is one of the leading devices in the market and completely blows away the EEE which isn’t even a UMPC ( its a netbook ) both feature and spec wise. They make great computers and I suggest anyone whose interested to get one. Its the size of the palm of your hand (Not quite pocketable) and very cute. It is available to US customers here:

the tokidoki design is an extra 75$ however, but its completely worth it. Everytime i pull it out people always turn and look and ask where I got such a cute looking pc with the tokidoki design on it
