Reader Jaelle just wrote to let me know that she was browsing through funky and fashionable magazines at the book store and came across a magazine called metro.pop.
It was enclosed in plastic and she could tell that something interesting was inside… “It smelled like PVC and felt like it had a valve on it, I thought surely it had to be something fun and the magazine seemed cool. As soon as I got in the car I opened it up and to my surprise found the coolest free tokidoki collectible! I’ve attached pictures! 
I guess I just have a 6th sense for tokidoki, lol.”

I’m in Tallahassee and was surprised to find such an extensive magazine collection at our Books-a-million. It’s only $5, too.
I keep thinking about going back and buying the other copy so I can have two… =p
On the bottom of the “shoe”, that version of Sandy with the tiger stripes is sooooooo cool!!

Thanks for the heads up! I went to Newsland which is a local magazine shop here and found the magazine, only $5+tax. there were only 2 copies left after mine. i’m tempted to go back and get another one….lol
i called books a million and they said they didn’t have it.. i might go there during lunchtime & check anyway, or ill check the borders downtown here in chicago

Just go to the website or a current issue, contact the publisher or editor and ask to buy a back issue. It won’t be a problem! http://www.metrodotpop.com. They have a myspace and facebook page too.
That sux! I subscribe to MetroPop and they didn’t include one in my issue. I guess loyalty doesn’t pay…
digitella – That is such B.S. that your magazine didn’t have it! So unfair! I would complain. I mean it’s not THAT big of a deal but it’s the principal of it: that your magazine was missing a piece it was supposed to come with.
OMG I ran out and bought a copy of the magazine and the shoe is SO CUTE. Plus, the magazine itself is pretty sweet.
