Wow that is a lot of CPs… I would love to do it for you guys BUT I think I’m gonna stake out the place on Thursday first just to see what they got in store this time…cause last time they didn’t actually have much of Tokidoki. I’m thinking this time since it is their first ever they might have a lot more. Also, I don’t really know tokidoki by names only by pic. Let just say that I’ll see what they have and see if anybody is interested in what they will carry. I will keep you posted…on next thursday…I will be there all four days…

why does the company horde all of the older stuff instead of actually selling them? if they’d list them on their website I’d bet that most would sell for retail. I remember last time there was a sample sale, some of the girls posted saying that the sale had only the newer non-LeSportsac stuff like Eco Mondo and Carnival. Btw, Marie, if you’re looking for spiaggia denaro, I was supposed to get one from the Plaza in Guam but the saleswoman didn’t send it to me since it was damaged. From what I understand she didn’t want to send it in case I didn’t want it and I sent it back and forth. If you don’t mind it being damaged, you can potentially still get it from Guam!
She said it’s the hula girl on front.

If you should come across Foresta , Paradiso and , OP , in the following styles Denaros , Mamma Mia , Zucca , Buon Viaggio , and Mamma . Those are what I’m interested . But I am open to anything at a great price ! If you can please post any information after Thursday and let us know what you saw ! If you find many of the popular prints as well as styles that you may not be interested in perhaps you can buy them up . Then set up a place where we can all view what items that you were able to score and we can buy them from you directly ? It is just a thought ! Good luck to all who are going ! I wish that I can go ! Cindy do you know what bags or prints are still available in Guam ? I tried to call and order from Guam before . I forgot what store in Guam that I called but the sales person stated that they don’t ship to the mainland . ( I’m in California by the way ! ) She said that she would have the store manager call me back to verify the information but I never heard back from anyone ! Does anyone here know if it is that way for all LeSportSac Stores in Guam ? Does anyone have the phone number (s) in Guam ? How many LeSportSac Stores are in Guam ?
Cindy what was the damage on the Spiaggia Denaro ? I am trying to collect a Denaro from every print that Tokidoki For LeSportSac ever made ! My count is currently at five ! I am always looking out for another to complete my Denaro collection ! I try to avoid paying crazy E-Bay prices if I can ! Unless it has my most perfect print placement ! Hey Joy ! Where should we look for the items that you will have for sale ? Will you be posting a link ? Or will you wait until you get home to post pictures as well as prices ? If someone asked for a particular item first will you give them an opportunity to buy the piece from you first before letting everyone else purchase it ? I had asked for Zuccas , Denaros , Buon Viaggios , Mamma Mias , or Mammas . In Foresta , OP , as well as Paradiso . There are 2 Guam LeSportsac stores, Micronesia Mall and the Plaza. My experience with Micronesia Mall was pretty bad, they wouldn’t pick up the phone, and when I finally got through they sold off all the stuff I put on hold. Make sure you have caller ID showing, otherwise your chances of someone picking up the phone are a LOT lower. Btw, I’m in California so they DO ship to mainland (so do the Hawaii stores) BUT don’t talk smack about the sales people not picking up the phone if someone does pick up the phone at the other location since several of the people I talked to said they work at both locations.
Since I’m hoping that my giving out info will help persuade someone in NY help me get stuff wink wink nudge nudge, here’s a bit more info:
As of early December, according to the 5 stores I called, Hawaii was completely out of Denaros and Mamma Mias (and the only tokidoki anyone had was Vacanze and Notte. If I remember correctly they said the reverse was Citta Rosa), though the styles available varied from store to store. I don’t know if everyone knows but the prices in Hawaii and Guam are marked up a bit, for eg. I think the mainland MSRP for denaro was like $62. Hawaii/Guam price is $83. You may however get some markdown/discounts since I think the stores are just trying to get rid of the stuff now that we’re in the new year and their contract is up too.
As of late December, the Guam stores still had some Trasporto, Vacanze, Famiglia, and Spiaggia, though no more Trasporto denaro. As I mentioned, the last Spiaggia denaro is damaged but I don’t know how badly since the connection over the phone is really bad and no one will send you photos of the items. There was a nice saleslady who told me that there was supposed to be a new shipment of TD Vacanze coming to Guam, and then about a week later she told me that it had been changed and was going to be sent to Hawaii, so if Guam doesn’t have the style you want, you might want to check to see if Hawaii did receive new shipments.
If you do end up on ebay, you might try contacting “derudoi” or “angelic*ruin”. They’re both really nice and have really hard to find stuff with amazing print placement. From what derudoi told me, the pieces she sells are from her own private collection that she couldn’t bring herself to use for fear of it getting messed up.

As crazy as it may be I will be giving out my email address for request but I know my mailbox will be full within 24 hours so that is why I’m going to wait till Thursday night to post my address. I also think that I might just do like 2 requests per person just to be fair to everyone. Also, I am NOT going to guaranteed that you will get your items that you have requested cause going on Friday stuffs might have already be gone or sold out. So everybody please be patience bout this as I have a feeling it will be crazy in that place. I don’t even have a plan yet on how I will be getting this stuff home. So hopefully, my friends may come through to help me. I will let you guys know again on what my plans may be. I’m doing this because I love tokidoki and I know that you guys love it as much as I do. So I won’t mind sharing the love of Tokidoki!

It sounds like you are already overwhelmed with requests but could you please add me to the list? I am looking for the Zucca style in L’amore (this is the one I’m desperate to have!), also Zucca style in Pirata print, Foresta print, Inferno print, Citta or Citta Rosa, and Adios Star. Clearly I’m crazy for the Zucca style! I would also be happy with the Mamma Mia style if they don’t have Zucca bags. Anyway, I thought I’d list all these even though it does sound like you’ll have to restrict the requests to be fair to all. There’s no way of telling in advance what the sale will be like so I thought I’d give you the whole list in case they only have certain of the styles and prints available, THANK YOU for doing this!!! All of us Tokidoki fans are grateful! I will email you directly when you post your email address too.

Joy maybe you should post the items in which you purchase on a web-site such as Flicker or another photograph sharing web-site ! That way we can view the items and purchase ! Or maybe email pictures to the email of everyone making CP requests . And it will be first come first served . Maybe with a link to a Pay Pal account . Veronica, you’re right, we’re looking for much the same things. I think the Zucca style is just the best style they ever made, it really works well for me, better than the new Careeza. I’ve purchased the Careeza in the new line but it’s just not the same.
Joy, I wish you luck for the sale! As I remember, someone said that at the recent Le Sportsac sample sale in NY they had some kind of limit on purchases so I’m hoping they don’t have limits at this sale! And just like Veronica, I’m looking forward to hearing about what it’s like. How I wish I could be there! This kind of crazy sale is exactly what I like to do. If you look at all the posts for CP’s mine is always first ! I’m so serious about getting some Zuccas for my collection at a good deal ! I also like Buon Viaggio , Mamma Mia , or Mammas ! Oh Veronica, so funny- I’m here in San Carlos across the Bay! And I’m crazy about Zuccas also! I have a couple Buon Viaggios but I find them a little big to carry as an everyday bag. I don’t have any Mamma Mias but I think they look like they would work pretty well and be a good size too. But for me, Zuccas are just the best! I only have it in Vacance, Trasporto and Spiaggia so far but I’m hoping to expand my collection. I carry Tokidoki every single day and I get at least 2 compliments every day from total strangers! Tokidoki is so much fun and so is the collecting! Here’s hoping this sale will be a good one and somehow we will all be able to get some items! Joy you are so nice and kind to volunteer!

Wow Jenny ! I have a Zucca in Paradiso , Adios Star , L’Amore , Trasporto and Famiglia ! I think that is all of them ! I only have one piece in Foresta a Gioco which is another style that I love ! It is Sandy perfectly at the front of the Gioco ! Sandy is my favorite ! If Sandy is featured on the print she MUST be on the front of the bag centered ! I just love her ! I hope to one day own a Foresta Zucca with my perfect Sandy placement !
Altough with prices rising everyday on the older line from Tokidoki For LeSportSac I don’t know if that will be possible ! As I try not to buy my Tokidoki bags from E-Bay often ! But sometimes I have given in and paid above retail ! ( Sometimes VERY above retail ! ) But it has to have my most perfect print placement before I buy !

Like I say before, I don’t know if they wil have limits on how much I can buy…Thursday will definitely be for my purchase first then when I come back after checking out the place I will try my best to list or post pic of what they have. I do have to work later that Thursday and Early Friday morning. Also, if I can get my friends to come with me to the sale to help me buy what I need. The payment to be honest I don’t want to overcharge you guys cause as you know we have pay more before for these Tokidoki bags.
It will have to be exactly what the bag cost plus tax and the shipping plus possibly $10 per person. I will only take 1 bags per person and only the first 10 people (for now). So write me the email to kerojoy@gmail.com and put down at least 3 bags that you would like #1 being the one you really really want down to #3. Please include your name and your address. I will only buy 1 bag out of the 3 that you have listed.
I will probably take more request after Friday because of inventory at the sample sale.
However, if I find more I will let you know if any of the bags that you have listed is available so you might ended up with two bags.
Right now I will only take 10 people because just to sample out how this will work out for me the first 10 people if the bags that you listed still available after saturday I will let you know if you want to buy more

the $10 is just a fee that I’m charging for my time and transportation to get there. I live in new jersey it takes me bout 20 minutes to get to NYC with this much request I have to take my car. The $10 fee is per bag I hope that is not too much to ask but if I’m able to find all three bags you will only have to pay me $20 kinda like by two get one free

Cindy - Thank you for sharing that news! I was 99.9% sure that would be the case. To answer your question, I don’t allow selling on this blog and suggest that folks instead use the Tokidoki Forum, ShopTokidoki, or eBay. (CP request threads like this one are OK though, as long as folks know not to hold me personally responsible if the CP goes sour - which unfortunately can and has happened.)

I think that “current” is Celebrazione and “past” are the Carnival, Eco Mondo, and Concerto Punk prints. Since the word “LeSportsac” isn’t mentioned anywhere in the advertisement and the tokidoki for LeSportsac bags all sold out at stores and the outlets so long ago, I didn’t think that 10,000 of them would have been hidden away for so many years… or need to be sold way below retail, since they sell for so much above retail on eBay now.

The ad is indeed confusing. To me, current collection means the fall 2008 prints so all four prints should fall into that category. But since Tokidoki said it will not include LSS bags, I guess we’re out of luck. I can’t wait to thursday to hear if it’s true. I really wanted some older prints like a lot of the ladies here.

I tried calling the number that was listed on the sample sale and it directed me to the LeSportSac calling center and with the extention 2007 (which their mailbox is full) only gives out the address and describtion of the sample sale this weekend….
I was trying to see what kind of sale they are going to have…

Joy how will you work it out if there are older styles available and say there are very limited styles of each ! 8 out of 10 want Foresta Zuccas is alot of requests ! If you can only say find three Foresta Zuccas ? How will you decide who will get them ? Is it in the order that the CP’s were given ? Also if there are no older styles available and it is the newer line will you take a separate list of CP requests ?
I asked in an earlier post but can you check for shirts and jewelry for me if you have time ? I wear an extra large in Tokidoki . I would love Sandy jewelry if they have some available ! Quencherita CP stands for custom purchase . What it means is you request for another forum member to buy bags for you if you are unable to go to a particular Tokidoki sale or event . You work out the details of payment and compensation with the forum member and they will buy the bags for you . ( If available ! )
OP stands for original print as in the very first print the Tokidoki For LeSportSac ever made . This blog is so helpful because Steph has almost all the prints up from the Tokidoki Foe LeSportSac Collection . The OP Print is rare and much sought after and expensive ! E-Bay and private collectors are pretty much the only to get the Tokidoki For LeSportSac line ! I hope I answered your questions !

jewelry are like$20 to $35 some t shirt and hats and some fans most of the bags ate Eco carnival concerto and celebration line most ogthe big bags like scoula only the celebration line very little on concerto are bout $100 bacio in celebration is like $60
I bought lots of jewrlr like nano star and killer candy and some hats sandy ofcourse
To be honest some bags aren’t worth it getting it at macys on sale are lots cheaper

Hey all!
Came back from the sale earlier. I was in the first 50 people that went in. Be glad you didn’t go that early. Apparently 2 more trucks just showed up and the selection got better.
Backpacks and Large Messengers were $95
Bacia, Grazziosa and Amica were $75
The small purses were $55
I think the belt packs were like $45 (Sorry I forget and I don’t know all the official names)
They also had a bunch of LeSportSac Artist in Residence bags in back. I don’t the names of the print but one was bright blue with sketched looking characters. And the other was grey and white with purple and green straps.
They had a lot of Eco Mondo, Concerto, Cellebracione. I only saw a limited amount of Carnival but I’ve heard there’s a lot more now (my sister-in-law just left there).
The jewelry selection seemed limited but I wasn’t looking for that so I can’t really say.
They had a decent amount of t-shirts and hats and fans. No hoodies or any other apparel as far as I could tell.
The bags are a free-for-all but you have to stand in a separate line to get the t-shirts/hats. Then they place them behind the register and you have to get on a different line to pay.
It took me 2 and a half hours from start to finish but it won’t take as long if you go later in the day.
All in all, a good day.

DESI: What! Omg, I really wanted a backpack. I had my eye on the celebrazione backpack but I didn’t like how in the print it says 2009. I don’t want it to be dated you know. But I ended up not buying one, but since you said that there are more stuff, I’m gonna drop by tomorrow again. Maybe pick up the Eco Mondo print. Do you know what else was in those 2 trucks?

They did have the Concerto Backpack all the way in the back. I had one but i ended up putting it back because i figured the large messenger would suffice for my large bag and I got the Creativa Concerto instead.
I don’t know if the trucks are a rumor. But my friend said that the person at the register told her they were expecting 2 more trucks today and then when my sis-in-law was there, they had stuff that wasn’t there earlier so I’m assuming it came. OR they had stuff hiding in the back.
I didn’t even notice the 2009 in the print. I only got the Eco and the Concerto bags. The Celebrazione is a little too colorful for me.

The belt bag were like $60 which I think was over price cause I bought at LSS sample sale for $35
The Abbraccio Backpack were worth buying for $95 at the LSS sale were $99
Jewelry were cool I have been looking to buy the nana star for a long time so $20 were money well spent!
T-shirt were mostly the popcorn and one pink concerto punk line for $20 but then again if you go to macy and use your 20% it will be like $23

All I got was a men’s shirt/hat and a concerto creativa messenger bag; I didn’t want anything else as they were for girls, wish they had more shirt variety cause I was going to get a couple of them.

the fan is one style with different print on both side. They do have black and grey bag. I disk see any carnival print. Smokemonster they don’t have the heart and crossbone earring. they have that in bracelet.

OK, so I didn’t know about this till tonight and I’m working tomorrow. I’m thinking of going in from NJ in the morning, because I WAS going to pick up a CONCERTO PUNK CREATIVA from Macys near me for about $185 after my discounts….now I may reconcider. Do you think much will be left in that print at all? I would get something comperable if possible.
If anyone wants me to pick anything up for them still, let me know and I will try. Keep in mind unlike Joy I am going by train and my funds are limited. Thanks for the info! All the comments make so much more sense now. =D I went to the sample sale today, too. It was pretty disappointing, in that the only prints available were carnival, celebrazione, concerto punk, and eco mondo…none of the older stuff. The LSS sample sale had a lot more variety, I think.
Also, the cashiers are all liars, lol. They told me they were gonna have the same stuff over and over again, too!! I figured that if they have the same stuff, I wouldn’t go tomorrow……but now I’m not so sure.

Unfortunately, I can’t make it on Saturday my mom came down with the flu and I ended up having no sitter. However, Sunday I will be there for sure any more request please make it now cause I need a couple of hours to organize the list.
Now that I’m getting a hang of this I got the shopping done today in under 30 mins…

I went yesterday and today - I’ve ended up with a lot of Celebrazione printed stuff. I absolutely loved the Carezza piece, so I got a few of those. BTW, there ARE different styles. They added this messenger-y bag - I can’t explain it T_T. Anyhow, I spoke to one of the representatives and she said that there are limited prints, but there may be different styles left in the storage room. They are unpacked randomly. You guys are so updated so I’m sure you already know. I spoke to her about their upcoming line that’s going to be introduced in February featuring new materials for the bags. Apparently in the near future, they’re going to drop the price of Tokidoki bags. She spoke of new styles as well, including a Tokidoki wristlet that’s going to be retailed at $58~ or so and a bag that’s going to resemble the style of the Louis Vuitton Speedy bag. She said it’s really worth looking forward to, so be excited guys!

i went today around 3pm. there are no more tshirts. i wanted some too. there was no line. i was in and out. they had a lot of everything left (bags), but no more amicas. i’m glad i got mine the first day even though it’s way cheaper now. i think it’s $55? i’m not sure. i also got a free fan =P.
they had a bunch of hats left. alot of the artist in residence bags too. any specific questions, please ask.

I went there today and there are TONS of bags left, especially messenger bags and backpacks! But they’re out of amicas. They’re selling some cute lesportsac bags, too but there’s only two different patterns but six styles of bags. they’re out of jewelry, but there are still hats and some shirts. they made them cheaper now; about $5-$15 less than before. i bought the carezza bag, lesportsac duffle and lesportsac field trip bag all for $95.
