eh, kinda cute. but i am saving for geometric girl! i’ve wanted a l’amore forever and this is probably the closest i will ever get 2 one since it is a bit similar. how much is it for these new bags? i would like a smallish one. the sorriso if they make it in that style.

Hey guys, I know I’m a lil late on this but I’m desperately looking for a L’Amore Gioco or Ciao Ciao Bag, preferably with Adios and Ciao Ciao on the front of the bag and Sandy and Bastardino anywhere on the bag also. Please let me know ASAP if you guys or places that might be selling any of these or know of anyone who’s selling it. I know there was a re-release of this line last year? Does anyone know if any of the LeSportsac stores in Hawaii might still have some in stock? Thanks guys! Any info would be great! =)

Np, i know its hard for us peeps in hawaii to get the newer bags… not too many people know prototype is getting it so thought id share. maybe ill see u guys there lol…anyways, i bought concerto punk carrezza for 140$. It was on sale and the last one left. i didnt know they had either until i saw one of the workers putting it on the shelf. According to the girl they had quite a few bags. i couldnt believe it was on sale, i thought someone returned it or something… but she assured me it was just because it was the last one left and they wanted to get rid of it…so i asked if i could buy it n she said yes, i was so excited. That was in late december though…

Tiffani – Hawaii has been completely sold out of L’amore for several months – no LSS (that I’ve seen) carry any Tokidoki at all anymore. During the holidays everything was 30% off to get rid of the remaining stock. Unfortunately…your best bet is ebay and for L’amore…you might be paying more than retail if you want it new.

Yea I’ve been checking ebay like every other day for new L’amore bags that pop up…but it’s either sold super high (like at least double or even triple the regular price) or the character placement isn’t always that great. I guess I’ll just keep checking. Thanks. =)
Marie, I don’t think it’s been mentioned on this site before, but if you go to Royal-T in Culver City, they had a Tokidoki christmas tree put up. I don’t know if it’s still up, but if you see it maybe it’ll be able to hold you over until your next TD fix/the LA TD store opening

so macys has some of the leo & ombra bags on their website already – pics don’t seem to be working yet though… i’m dying to see what the ombra looks like close up – not that i can afford it now after buying a mezzanotte on ebay last wk

Cindy, I saw pictures of the tokidoki christmas tree on the tokidoki site blog, it’s so cute. I’m waiting for the store to open in LA because I live in Canada. I also heard it was going to be on Melrose but I don’t know LA at all, I’ve never been there. I can’t wait to go to stores like Japan LA and happy six too.
If you live in SF, they have the Leo Tokidoki at the MetroPark at the Westfield Downtown mall. There are only 2 styles available there. I only remember seeing the Tokidoki Leo Serena and I think the other one is Leo Sorriso.
I was surprise to see the Leo Serena is so small. I really like that bag, but I’m not sure if I’m willing to pay $200 for such a tiny bag. And I only like big bags.
In Hawaii: Chic Icon at Koko Marina Shopping Center (in Hawaii Kai) sent out an email on Fri announcing that they have the Tokidoki Leo collection along with the solid black tokidoki bags in stock and for sale…go check them out!!!

I took a field trip to Macy’s last night. I just can’t work up any enthusiasm for these bags. The Leo print doesn’t show the characters well at all, and I don’t think the Serena style is a good substitute for the Carezza. Guess I’ll have to wait until they change styles again! Usually, I buy something even if it’s small, from every new collection, but this time I’m going to pass.
Jenny – Is the Serena much smaller than the Carezza was? I had the impression that it was.

Smoke monster, it’s just a little smaller, but for me the problem is the configurations are different. It’s more of a roll bag so things can sink to the bottom where they’re hard to find. And between the shoulder strap and the two hand straps, there are too many straps! It makes it look sort of messy when you’re carrying it. Unlike the Carezza, there are no mesh inserts inside the bag for organizing stuff. All in all, the bag seems of a lower quality to me (the lining for example) and now being sold at a higher price- Carezza was $184, Serena is $198. Personally, I was disappointed by the new line. I hope to see some changes soon.

I was thinking that I would get a Serena if I liked one of the other two patterns, but I love the Amica, so I would just spent the extra $12.
I honestly don’t understand the price difference between the Carezza and the Serena. And I don’t understand making a bag less functional like they seem to have done… Oh well!
