Reader Taylor let me know that Simone is going to be doing another signing appearance in Hawaii at the Ala Moana Nordstrom store on Saturday, March 14th, from 2pm-5pm. Nordstrom may limit the signing to the first 200 people like they have previously.

I’m gonna meet up with Michy… I think. You know what I can never find the bags or clothes in Nordstrom x_x but I’ll check it out again that Saturday, lines starts early and gradually builds up when it gets closer to the time it starts. Last time he was here in Hawaii, Nordstrom reps said absolutely NO pictures but the first few people took a shot or two until someone laid down the rules again, lol. There was a special meet/greet near by after the Nordstrom event but you had to get a pass for that (if you got a pair of the new shoes you got to go to that meet/greet). There was also a One autographed item thing anddddd well that’s it. The first few times Simone had an event I believe there was no limit to how many items he could autograph and you could take pictures with him right after that. I guess they put a limit to 1 item per person and No picture taking because it took FOREVER to get the line down. At the last event I was out in about 30 min maybe? 30 min beats the 8hrs I spent at the other events. Wow I wrote alot, okay see ya tokidoki friends!

When do those flats (shoes) come out? I’m wondering if thats what the signing is for.. if it for the bags, kind late huh? jk so excited, hope theres an after party again too, more free TD stuff
Yup, last time it didnt take long bcuz they stopped allowing pictures and you could only sign one thing :3 I’m glad they have that rule. PS: I can’t wait!!! 
Went to nordstrom bags dept today and was told they’d be passing out wristbands to the first 200 people when the store opens. That’ll be good if you can then return at 2pm when Simone arrives. They will be selling the Leo and Geometric Girl bags.

ryan, welcome to the club lol :3 u should get there early as u can, it can get pretty crowded! If i had to be specific at least be there by 9 or 10…if u want a good spot. Last time the line got pretty long around then.

Hey everyone, I followed a link here from the tokidoki forum. The last time Simone came to Hawaii, husband and I were in line at 5:30AM! There were only about 7-8ish of us until around 8AM. We were some of the first in line, and we were the ones who got to take a bunch of pictures with him before they said no more, haha. Simone was like, “no it’s okay,” but the Nordstrom people were being pretty crabby about it. But I guess it did work pretty well because the line moved very quickly! I waited in line for 8 hours at one of the lesportsac signings he did =p Anyway we’re planning to go again this time, maybe not so early though, haha. Hope to see you all there! ^_^

If they’re doing that wristband thing, I really hope they pass it out early, like before 8am because that’s when my sister starts work and she’s done at 12 so if that were possible, that would be awesome, that way I wouldn’t have to sneak her in line after she’s done with work. I’m still wondering what I’m going to have him sign.

i also followed this link from the toki board. just wanted to say hi & that hopefully we’ll all get a chance to meet & chat while in line. there are tons of tokidoki fans here in hawaii but i only know a handful of them in real life.
i think the wristband thing is a neat idea. at the last nordstrom signing, i was also there hella early around 5:45, but that was way too early as we all found out. was there even 200 people there? heck, the line was so short that we actually got in line again & got a 2nd item signed.

I know just a little of the subject but I did see the leo print bags at Pearlridge Macy’s. It’s on the wall nearest the shoes. It does cost more in the store than online macy’s.

Puasmommy- Yup it was 61 degrees here in Hawaii this morning, plus it was pouring really hard last night and this morning.
Heehee. I was there with the entire family X3 I was in the Angry Cloud Hoodie and Thermal shirt, and ended up getting a new Geometric Girl Sorriso.
It was a looonnnggg day but absolutely worth it! Got great pics with Simone…he did three drawings for me…and met the nicest people while waiting in line. He is amazing! And the Nordstrom people were super too!

OMG it was a very long day for me and puasmommy, we waited in line TWICE =) but it was totally worth it =D it was so fantastic to meet other people who are obsessed with Tokidoki, like ME! the purse i got signed is beautiful! Simone is so nice, humble, and totally awesome!!

I spoke to the woman and the man who was also taking pics and I asked if they travel with Simone.
She told me that they are very good friends and do all his photos at events in Hawaii and when they are in L.A. they always get together with him.
