The code was originally on www.slickdeals.net from a user there, not from the store's website itself. I don't think it's unethical to pull a code that is being misused (misused meaning the people who were using it were not supposed to be using it). I tried to purchase a pair of headphones on 6/23 on the site with the 50% off code and it said it was expired. I sent an email to customer service & 12+ hours later (when the message says they will respond in a few moments), there was no response. then i did a live chat with a representative this morning they simply said "it was being abused and so we took it off" then he asked where i got the code and I said it was all over the web and he simply said, "it is expired" and then logged off the chat. I dunno i don't think that a company should create a code and then simply yank it b/c people are actually *using* it, maybe as a false tactic to drive business to their site. Anyway, suffice it to say, I heard their products are less than stellar and today I found out they have customer service and a lack of business ethics to match. I guess I am just old school, that if a business says it will do something and advertise it, it should follow through to their customers.
