Readers Mischa and Jadie let me know that in addition to being available on eBay, the tokidoki x Hello Kitty 4th series cell phone charms are also available on a Japanese website called Strapya World (yes, they ship internationally). Aren’t they cute?

Wow, I dont know what happened to my message up there.
What I tried to say was that I LOVE Strapya. I buy alot of stuff from them, but $20 for a cell charm? YIKES. It must be the Toki+HK name that drives up that price. Though..their shipping rates are reasonable….and that uni is so cute..hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. nahhh so can’t do that lolz. It is cute though.
If we compare the price for the charm from the previous series, 20$ is a good price. But what I really want from the 4th serie is the long wallet!! Please carry this serie Tokdoki and Sanrio USA!!!
I want the candy charm, but I’m going to wait until North America gets the line. It’ll probably be cheaper that way…

marie – yeahh if you compare those two, it is a good price. im comparing it to what i can afford, and $20 for a cell phone charm is a big no-no for me. that’s like…i can buy food for a week with that. oh well. hope everyone who wants it and can afford it, buys it

@Tiffany – What kind of blackberry do you have? I have a pearl & thought I didn’t have a spot for charms, but later found it near the BOTTOM of the phone [yeah, strange I know!]. The other blackberries might be the same…

Anyway, half the eBay price,plush cheaper shipping that anywhere else was a YES for me!
I emailed Sanrio to know if this collection will be released in the US and they answered that it will be available mid-june on Sanrio.com and select Sanrio stores. The sanrio Luxe store in NYC will have it.

I went to Sanrio Luxe store in NYC this week on my trip to NY. They had almost all the collection, except for the plushes. The prices are higher for this collection. I bought the long wallet wich was 200$ (expensive but couldn’t resist) and the cell phone charm wich was 35$.
i’m in Narita right now on a layover so went to the Aeon mall to check out the Sanrio Gift Gate there…they don’t have the bag but they do have the wallets and cosmetic bags and a suitcase?! The long wallet is 10500 yen which is roughly $109…i couldn’t bring myself to get it…xD so much! The suitcase i was debating…really cute but it was 16800 yen which is roughly $175…and they were out of the unicorn cellphone charm
they had the candycane cellphone charm which was around $19 so im thinking to order that from strapya too! 
going to check out tokyo city today and hopefully be able to find a Sanrio store that carries more selection!!
can someone please explain to me why the cellphone charms on that site are $20 and they’re being sold at Sanrio luxe NYC for $35??

Btw, it’s really sick how much they mark their own stuff up. I was in a Osaka Sanrio store a few weeks ago and sanrio.com has marked up the prices on everything ($5 notepad is $12 online, the $37 pen and pencil set is $60?!?)! >_
I thought the prices were way too high too. I went back and ordered the phone charms from strapya. Cheaper. The price for the lighters is ridiculous!! In this economy??

Hi, I recently went to Japan (7/6 to 7/14) and spotted the new Tokidoki x Hello Kitty Series Four at a department store. All the tags said FOR SALE IN JAPAN ONLY. I got the pencil case first because it was so cute. It was really expensive at 3780 Yen (about $38 USD), but it’s Tokidoki! I later got the long wallet for 10500 Yen (about $105 USD) and a fan for 3150 Yen (about $32 USD). I know it is a lot, but once you see the line you fall in love with it. It’s a lot cuter than the previous one. The case and wallet were gloss coated and the fan was black wood/ black plastic with tokidoki x Hello Kitty on the side. I saw the suitcase at a specialty store and fell in love with it, but it wasn’t glossy and could show dirt well (light pink and white). I opted out because I could tell my mom didn’t approve. If you are debating about buying it or not, I would reccomend it if you don’t care about its light color. It is pretty roomy, but standard size for a suitcase.
P.S. I bought all three of my things and saw the suicase in four different places. Every store has a limited number of different things to sell. The first store I went to didn’t have the long wallet. I didn’t even know about the fan until i saw it at the third store I went to.

Lucky you because the prices are so much more in the U.S.
They are for purchase on the Sanrio website and in select U.S. Sanrio stores.
I really want the long wallet, but it’s $200, too much for me to spend especially because it’s only made out of plastic and fabric!
Check out the website and you’ll be glad you bought your pieces in Japan.

There’s also one for $169 on eBay and I keep going back to it…but don’t know if I should buy it?
It’s definately my taste, but i think I’m kind of biased as a teenager. I’m kind of spoiled, aka I didn’t really think of the money part as my mom was buying it for me. I love my wallet to death and it’s very cute. I have to admit, if you think it’s out of your price range, then you can live without it.
