…for those of you still looking to score in store only target stuff in SF Bay Area..i just raided all three Target stores. here’s an update:
Tanforan..managed to purchase: highlighters and two tiny notepad/books 99cents each. –only highlighters are left, not much left unless they restock.
Target @ Serramonte Shopping Center..managed to purchase: assorted binders, notebooks, and book covers. —no backpacks, messenger bags or pens or pencils.
Target down the street from Serramonte managed to purchase: backpack (already had ordered a messnger bag a motnh ago), scored the last composition notebook and a backpack. —only one or two backpacks and messenger bags (but i think that these should be easy to buy online), lots of binders but limited in styles.
overall a good haul…would be fun to find the pencils and pens..hope all 3 target stores restock soon!

as for the leopard print bags…in sf bay area…tj maxx in westlake has none. marshalls by tanforan also has none. …unless they are sold out or they haven’t arrived yet …the hunt continues =O)

@dar, there are 5 tj maxx stores in the vegas area. I raided the one in Henderson already and after serious digging, I think I got the last bag there. If you go to the tj maxx website, you can get all the store locations.

i just got back from a trip and the first thing i did was tell my bf to find the nearest t.j. maxx because we were going! haha
the first one that i went to in Atlanta (Howell Mill) did not have anything…was a bit luckier at the second one (in Buckhead) the Serena was also 59.99 only one left, had a few Melodia in Leo and one Bacio and one Magio…I asked the sales associate and she said that was all that was left…she said they had a lot but it went fast…I was almost too late! So I got the Serena and the Melodia in Leo…I like the Serena size bag, think it’s a good size bag yay!
just noticed that the sanrio website has the latest tokidoki x hello kitty up on their website now…i really wanted the hello kitty with unicorn zippo lighter…but it costs $450.00?!!??!! * faints *

Went to TJ Maxx today and no Tokidoki, but I did find Geometric Girl bags at Nodstrom Rock and I found Discoteca, Leo, and Celebrazione bags at Loehman’s. I ended up buying a Discoteca! I was beyond excited to find all these bags at these places for such good deals!!!! =)
I went to the TJ Maxx in Chino, CA and didn’t see any tokidoki bags. But I did go to the Nordstrom Rack in Ontario Mills Mall in Ontario, CA and saw a whole rack of Tokidoki and Harajuku bags.
I went to the TJ maxx in baton rouge LA and i found 1 leo imagini and it was marked $168!!! the line was so incredibly long and i didn’t feel like waiting in line just so they could scan the price. Do these bags have sale tags on them? I”m going back today and can only hope that when i get to the check out counter they will tell me it’s on sale..or else i might faint…

it seems that T.J. Maxx only has the Leo or Carbone, Nordstrom rack has Geometric girl, and Loehmann’s has Celebrazione and Discoteca…from what I have seen so far in my area… xD
I went to T.J. Maxx in Jacksonville FL, they had one of three different style bags (Melodia, Bacio, and Serena).
I also went to several Targets in the area. One of them had more stuff then the others (Two different stretchy bookcovers, only found them at the one store).
@Maria – At the TJ Maxx stores I work in we have Leo & Carbone, MAYBE Celebrazione if there’s any left (they came in a while ago).

thanks for the tip about Nordstrom’s rack (Ontario Mills, Ca)! I picked up a Marina Geometric Girl, $80. They still had a several Immagini, Bacio, and a couple of Ragazza in the same print left. Prices aren’t as good as TJ Maxx, but the local TJ Maxx didn’t have any anyways.

The hoodies kind of looked like the ones you can only get on the european tokidoki website. I think they were some yellow, pink, white, and they were the zip up kind not pullover. I didn’t get a good look at them because they were putting them away in the closet in the back wall. Hope that helps!
They have tokidoki at TJ Maxx downtown in indianapolis, but didn’t have any at the one in greenwood yet. The downtown store only had three leo bags 2 imagini ($49.99) and 1 serena ($59.99). I got one of the imagini bags! SWEET!

Loehmann’s in downtown San Francisco has discotecha, leo, and carbone bags in a number of styles. prices aren’t as great as some listed in this thread–about 40-60% off. A lot of bags in the $90-100 range.

Also about the Target stuff. I went to a target yesturday because I was looking for the 1.99 reuseable bag and they didn’t have any on the racks so I asked and they came out with like 20 bags. so it helps just to ask if they have the stuff in stock now.
I think it’s hilarious how people on ebay are selling the backpacks for like 30-40 dollars…someones gonna buy it obviously but heh…pays to have a target

tokidoki.it has posted the signing schedule, Simone will be signing at the tokidoki booth daily from 11am-1pm. Apparently tickets will be required, which can be aquired at the booth in the mornings.
he will also be at the Toy Tokyo booth, Saturday 5pm-7pm.
@Alice. That’s the way it was last year only 60 people will get a signing so you need that ticket.

No luck for TJ Maxx in Madison WI. I had doubted they would get anything, since not even the Macy’s around here will carry TD, but it was worth a try. Maybe I’ll try the Milwaukee one this weekend

Okay, so I’m gonna call other places. To those who have called stores, how have you described it to the sales associates?
So I stopped by one store, and I ended up finding the only Leo Melodia and one of the last two Matita Bacios. I was hoping to find a larger bag…I’ll still keep looking around. Hopefully stores still get shipments of them in.
The sales associate said that they’ve been getting them in periodically and they sell out fast since it’s a popular brand.

Would anyone be willing to post the actual item numbers for the larger bags, like the Serena or Imagini (or whatever’s been found)? That would probably make it easier to locate bags.

I visted a TJ Maxx in San Diego (Pt. Loma area) and there were no tokidoki bags, unfortunately. :/
I found a Leo Imagini! So either someone returned it or people didn’t dig through the massive pile of laptop bags. Ah well, at least I got it!
