Infrequent Posting Alert Until August

It’s that time of year again – my summertime Infrequent Posting Alert. As you may have already noticed, I am going to be slower than usual with posting and responding to e-mails and comments for the month of July, so please don’t think I am ignoring you if my responses take forever until next month.

Onto some catching up…

The Giant Peach has the Mozzarella and Sandy plush dolls in stock now. They added the tokidoki Miao vinyl toy as well. Lynn also let me know that there are a bunch of the tokidoki plush on eBay.
The tokidoki for Ride collaboration items are starting to pop up in stores – Jessica found them on IskiShop.
Jessica also sent me a bunch of photos (below) of toys that will be released at SDCC this month – tokidoki for Onitsuka tiger vinyl toys, a platinum Bulleto, platinum cactus friends, and platinum pups! Joslyn let me know about these items too, and Bridget contributed additional photos of the tokidoki tokyoplastic geisha that will also be released at SDCC.

Moofia Mystery Figures Found on eBay

Reader Janette just discovered three Moofia mystery figures on eBay.

Has anyone seen them before?

UPDATE: These 3 figures have been added to the Moofia blind box series, and myplasticheart will be releasing them at the New York Comic Con, along with a Platinum edition Sandy vinyl toy. (Thanks to Hazeleger in the comments for the info.)

My Very Toki Christmas

Now that I have finally taken these new goodies off long enough to photograph them – here are some pictures of the tokidoki gifts that I got for Christmas. I love them all!

I was very excited that my full set of Cactus Pups arrived in record time from Panik’s Toy Box, so I got to open them on Christmas too. The sausage with the little face on it is too cute.

Full Opened Sets of Cactus Pups Available at Panik’s Toy Box

Panik’s Toy Box just let me know that they received part of their shipment of Cactus Pups yesterday, and have begun filling pre-orders. So if you pre-ordered the pups from them, you should receive them soon. They also now have full opened sets of all 7 Cactus Pups available for $34.99 per set. Quantities are limited right now, but they will have more available when they get their next shipment in January. I just ordered a full set – I will post pics when I get them.

UPDATE: Thanks to Janet for the reminder to use coupon code holiday10 to get 10% off when ordering from Panik’s Toy Box. Ironically, I forgot to use it when I placed my order.

The tokidoki Cactus Pups Will Start Hitting Stores Today

Reader Tara let me know that the tokidoki Cactus Pups will be avaiable for purchase at the Simone signing party at Mobius today – Mobius’ shipment of the Pups arrived last night. This should also mean that if you pre-ordered a case or blind boxes, that they should be shipping out soon! I am looking forward to Panik’s Toy Box offering opened full sets of the Cactus Pups.

Simone Legno Signing Party Coming Up in Los Angeles on December 8th

Los Angeles tokidoki fans are in luck – the tokidoki.it blog just reported that Simone will be at a signing event in LA on December 8, 2007. The event will take place at Mobius (3300 W. 6th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90020) from 7pm-11pm to celebrate the upcoming release of the cactus pups and cactus cats.
