Hello Kitty Super Fan Day at Royal/T
Thursday, October 29th, 2009Reader Karen attended the Super Fan Day at Royal/T in Culver City, CA last Saturday (she got in line about 7:30am) and was lucky enough to get the free Hello Kitty goodie bag, get both Mama Kitty & Simone Legno’s autographs AND win the tokidoki for Hello Kitty 35th anniversary overnight bag in a raffle held for the people in line for the artists signing!!!
Her photos below show her in line for the artist signing, Simone drawing on her iPhone case with Yuko “Mama Kitty” autographing her poster, one of the gifts from the goodie bag – a mini mirror compact with a silver chain, several views of the overnight bag that she won in the raffle (are we all jealous or what?! it’s gorgeous!!), and her with Simone. What a fun day it must have been!

Tuesday, October 27th, 2009Reader Stephiee was lucky enough to attend the VIP Hello Kitty Opening Party last Thursday night at Royal-T in Culver City, CA, where she got to see the new tokidoki for Hello Kitty 35th Anniversary Collection up close and personal! She was also nice enough to share pics of the items with us, which are below.

Friday, May 29th, 2009The popular Brazilian brand of plastic shoes known as Melissa has partnered with tokidoki for Hello Kitty to produce the new line of shoes pictured below in 5 colorways: pink, red, purple, blue, and black. There is one Brazilian eBay seller who has the shoes available in red, blue and purple.
Reader Cecilia also found a Japanese website selling the shoes too if you can read Japanese.

Friday, February 20th, 2009The full line of the new tokidoki bags in the Leo, Matita, and Ombra (solid black) prints are up now in the tokidoki.it store.
Also in the tokidoki.it store are 3 varieties of jumbo tokidoki for Hello Kitty plushes, each limited to 200 pieces per character (thanks Ashley for the heads up!). They are super-cute and retail for $98 each.
And for those of you who are lucky enough to be able to check out this Taiwan exclusive, the tokidoki.it blog announced that tokidoki collaborated with Levi’s for Valentine’s Day in Taiwan. (Thanks Puasmommy for telling me first!)

Thanks for your patience with this line, and for waiting on us to FINALLY receive it… I am at work right now and I have been informed that the new tokidoki x Hello Kitty line has finally shipped out to SF and Ala Moana and will possibly be here on Wednesday 1-28-2009. REMEMBER!!! ANYONE THAT WAS ON THE CONTACT LIST. I BEG OF YOU TO BE PATIENT ONE MORE DAY haha… we will contact EVERYONE on that list…
Soooo, last little thing is that, it will STILL be first come first serve ABSOLUTELY NO HOLDS WHATSOEVER, and we are limited to ONE i repeat ONE item of each design maximum PER CUSTOMER.
