But they also want tips on companies that sell unauthorized counterfeit tokidoki goods too. I don't know what this will get you, but you can try and make it so that no one else will be cheated again like you have been. I don't know about legal action, but you definitely should contact fraud@tokidoki.it. I just wish i could get my money back but i can't. I'm glad you got the evidence to back up your claim, I hate any website or company who sells fake goods because they are really only profiting off copies of someone else's design and cheating customers, and seeing that you can catch one in the act is great!!!! On the other hand this situation is quite crazy and can serve to caution online buyers to do their homework before getting too confident with any online transaction.
